The modernization of line to production of aerated concrete
12 October 2012The specialists of our company have modernized production line of aerated concrete . In the new configuration there are such units as automated transfer cars , crane dismantling and moving the removable formwork , add a node harvest waste. Formoosnastka also changed : instead of bolting with comfortable clamps, mold volume increased by 20 %. The line is equipped with three machines RIF -1 with enlarged base for the new array. Design capacity of 200 cubic meters per day. The first plant in the new equipment is planned to start in the spring of 2013 in the Moscow region.
